I may have cancelled out my exercise on Saturday with what you see here, but it was worth it. When the sun is shining in Vancouver, I think it justifies most things, including a rustic and delicious snack made up of a few simple yet tasty local ingredients.
If you're wondering what you're looking at: there is some aged gouda and truffle infused salami from D-Original Sausage Co. (the best sausages you can find) and the best bread I've ever had from Romania Country Bread in Steveston.
